A small restaurant group was paying per-cover fees to a third-party reservation platform for a feature — table booking — that didn’t need to live outside their own brand.
The approach
We designed and built a direct booking app with the same convenience as the third-party platform, tuned to each venue’s own table layout and busy periods instead of a generic template.
What shipped
A branded booking app live across every venue in the group, removing the ongoing per-cover fees to the third-party platform.
