A field service company was assigning jobs to engineers over the phone, with a dispatcher manually working out who was nearest and free — a process that didn’t scale as the engineer count grew.
The approach
We built a mobile scheduling app that automatically matches incoming jobs to the nearest available engineer based on live location and current workload, with the dispatcher handling only the exceptions.
